Adair Flynt, CNM, FNP-C

Adair Flynt is a certified nurse midwife and family nurse practitioner whose two-decade career spans primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, urgent care, and hormone health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Georgia School of Public Health and both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University.

Adair's path to advanced practice began as a doula, where she witnessed firsthand how rushed appointments and a disease-focused system left patients without the time or tools to make truly informed choices. That experience shaped her core belief: healthcare works best when clinicians slow down, listen, and partner with patients to explore their values, goals, and the full range of options available to them.

Her background includes reproductive health care at Teton County Health Department and primary and urgent care telehealth with One Medical, and Women's and Family Clinic giving her fluency in everything from well-woman exams and hormone optimization to acute illness and chronic disease management. This breadth allows her to meet patients wherever they are and connect the dots across body systems rather than treating concerns in isolation.

At an appointment with Adair you can expect her to take time to understand your personal medical history alongside, lifestyle, stress, environment, and life stage—then she collaborates on a plan that honors individual priorities, whether the goal is disease prevention, vitality, healthy aging, or navigating a specific health challenge.

Adair lives in Jackson, Wyoming, with her husband Brad and their children Clayton and Jack. Outside the clinic she's usually hiking, skiing, practicing yoga, or finding her way onto any body of water she can.
